NaturaNectar sells its products through natural products’ retailers in the United States as well as direct to customers through this website, Amazon, Walmart and iHerb. 

If you purchased your products through one of our Authorized Retailers in the United States please contact the retailer directly to claim your return. Every retailer has different return policies which are outside of NaturaNectar’s control, but we do work with every Authorized Retailer to facilitate the process for you. 

If you purchased your product(s) direct from this website and you are not satisfied with any product, you may use our self-return option to return any unopened boxes that you have purchased for a full refund of the price paid except shipping & handling when applicable, up to 30 days after your purchase date. Just like perishable food and medical items, dietary supplements cannot be returned once opened. You must attach the original receipt (or inform your name and email address used to create your account with us) to the product(s) being returned and send all to:
