NaturaNectar sells its products through natural products’ retailers in the United States as well as direct to customers through this website, Amazon, Walmart and iHerb as well as some affiliate partners.

If you purchased your products through one of our Authorized Retailers or marketplaces in the United States:

Please contact the retailer or marketplace directly to claim your return. Every retailer has different return policies which are outside of NaturaNectar’s control. This will save you time.

If you purchased your product(s) direct from this website and:

  1. You are not satisfied with any product: You may use our self-return option to return any unopened boxes that you have purchased for a full refund of the price paid except shipping & handling when applicable, up to 30 days after your purchase date. Refunds will be done on the original credit card / payment method used for the purchase and will be processed in 7 to 10 business days. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS YOUR ORDER PAGE, then select your order and use the self-return option.
  2. You received damaged or incorrect items: Please send us a message to 

    info@naturanectar.com  with Subject Line: Request Refund for Damaged/Incorrect Items Received. We will reply in 5 to 7 business days with the status or resolution of your case. Please make sure you include in the body of your email:

    1. Customer name
    2. Your order number
    3. Attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect item received.
